  • Presenting author must register as delegate for the conference before the deadline of 30th July 2023.

  • Presenters not registered by this date will not be included in the final scientific program.

  • If you are no longer able to participate in the conference or do not wish to present your abstract, please contact us at sabahresearchday@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Instructions for Oral Presentation

  1. Each presentation will last 15 minutes. You will be given 10 minutes for your oral presentation, ending with a 5-minute question and answer session.

  2. Please include “The authors are grateful to the Director General of Health Malaysia for his permission to present this poster” in the title slide.

  3. Format of your research poster should be in Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF format.

  4. Please upload your presentation (in both formats) in the link (URL) provided via email before 18th September 2023 

  5. Judges’ decisions are final. No correspondence would be entertained.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

  • You are free to exercise your creative freedom in designing your research poster.

  • The recommended poster size is 1080 x 1350 pixels for readability.

  • Portrait or landscape orientation is acceptable.

  • Please adhere to the following instructions:

  • Format: JPEG or PNG.

  • Please include “The authors are grateful to the Director General of Health Malaysia for his permission to present this poster” in your poster.

  • Please upload a copy of your research poster in the link provided to you via email before 7th September 2023, failing which your poster will be disqualified from the competition.

  • All posters will be uploaded onto our Facebook page on 8th September 2023.

  • The reviewers’ and judges’ feedback (if any) will be emailed to you after the conference.

  • Abstracts which have been presented in other conferences will still be posted on Facebook, but will not be judged for the competitions.

Competition:

  • Oral & poster presentation

  • Winners will receive attractive cash prizes and certificates of achievement.

  • Judges’ decisions are final. No correspondence would be entertained.

“Most liked poster” competition guideline:

  • The competition will be held from 8th September 2023 to 21st September 2023 on our Facebook page at CRC Sabah Page

  • Delegates will be informed via email whether their posters will be included in the competition.

  • The number of “likes” 👍 (only likes) received will be counted on 22nd September 2023.

  • All decisions are final. No correspondence would be entertained.

  • Abstracts which have been presented in other conferences will still be posted on Facebook, but will not be judged for the competitions.
